Healthy is Beautiful

Like many women, I constantly struggle with my weight. I’m still kind of vain, I want to look good, but the older I get the more health plays into it. Eating well just makes you feel better. Healthy habits bring more energy and less fatigue. Plus, a healthy weight, eating right, and fitness are great for your skin and hair! I am by no means perfect, but I’ll keep on trying, and here I’ll share stories on my journey, as well as any cool finds on health and fitness.
