Last week was the end of the boot camp i did with my man, and I was too embarrassed to go to the final weigh in/measurements because I knew I’d only lost 4 lbs. However, that night, my man did tell me I am looking skinnier, which was motivating. I’ll spare you my excuses, but I need to step it up.

In addition to working out, I’m doing Body by Vi. Basically, shakes replace one or two meals a day. My original plan was one for breakfast and one for dinner, eat healthy for lunch. Ya that wasn’t working. I’d get home from work and want FOOD.

My friend told me you could freeze them, so I was on a mission. After Zumba Saturday morning, I was not letting the rain stop me from getting to the mega produce sale at the local grocery store. MMMMMMMMMMMM.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

And the shake makin’ was on! 14 batches later, I had to run to the store to get more freezer bags.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

In total, I made 25 batches in tons of flavor combos – chocolate cherry, peach, banana, strawberry banana, strawberry cheesecake, etc. I’m set! The scale was pretty happy this morning.
